5.0 out of 5 stars Don't let the price fool you!, October 5, 2016

This review is from: Best Commercial Stainless Steel Single Handle Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet, Pull Out Kitchen Faucets Brushed Nickel (Tools & Home Improvement)
If I could give this more than five stars I would! Do not let the price fool you into thinking this is a cheap faucet. I found the compatible faucet in the "big box" hardware store for 3x the price! This is of great quality and my plumber guessed the price at $200+! Smooth operation from the pull down handle to the on/off handle. *Note: the faucet is at a slight angle and is not aimed straight down. If getting new counters, make sure the hole is far enough back that the water doesn't over spray the sink. I didn't even think about it and on full blast, the water just makes it into the basin!

2.0 out of 5 stars Two Major Issues, August 22, 2017

Product looks and feels great and the prices is hard to beat, until you get it installed. Two major issues, the head of the faucet doesn't get pulled back into the neck of the faucet with the provided weight alone. You have to manually push the head back into place. I followed the instructions in the manual as well as instructions left online to resolve this issue (raising the weight) and it still doesn't help.

Second issue, the neck of the faucet is extremely loose where it connects to the base of the faucet. It wiggles around in there so much that when you pull out the head of the faucet the entire neck of the faucet comes forward more than an inch and then when you have to manually push the head of the faucet back into place the entire neck of the faucet moves back the same amount. Mind you, the base of the faucet is fastened very securely to the sink and has no give. On the back of the faucet base there's a hole, where it appears a set screw should be, that should allow... 5.0 out of 5 stars Good looking product, but hoses a bit short, March 25, 2016

Overall would have been an easy install, but the hoses that came with the faucet were too short to reach valves, they seem to be short in general, but an easy extension hose bought at my local hardware store fixed it! Also the indicator for which direction is cold or hot, is located under the handle of the valve, which is a bit weird, but not a bit issue for me. The faucet stands tall and I like that as I can fit large pots with ease!
